Welcome to ReviewsTriumph. By subscribing to or using our review management service, software, or website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms and Conditions provided by Prosivra Systems Inc.
1. Service Description
ReviewsTriumph provides automated tools for inviting customers to share feedback on third-party platforms such as Google Business Profiles. ReviewsTriumph does not buy, incentivize, fabricate, or manipulate reviews in violation of Google Business Profile guidelines.
2. Subscription & Free Trial
Subscribers receive access to automated review features based on their chosen plan (Starter, Growth, or Pro). All subscriptions are billed monthly on a recurring basis via Stripe and may be cancelled at any time prior to the next billing cycle.
3. User Responsibilities
You agree that any customer contact details uploaded or synced for review requests have been collected lawfully with proper permissions for transactional SMS/email outreach.
